HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING CLASS
The High Intensity Interval Training Class guarantees maximum calories burned through rigorous training scenarios. Participants are taking through a variety of workout stations including sled push/pulls, Box Jumps, Kettlebell swings, and various calisthenic exercises in a time constrained format. Three components of fitness include strength, flexibility and cardio endurance which is exactly what the Metro-HIIT class accomplishes.
Must be able to perform the following:
Run a Mile
Perform 20 body weight squats
No limiting or chronic joint/muscle injuries
