Mike went into Manhattan and was told, “the best place and guy in the city is Tom Minichiello’s Mid-City gym”. As a skinny kid, Mike took the subway down to see Tom and joined the gym. After 3 months of being surrounded by fitness professionals, Mike gained fifteen pounds of muscle further expanding his knowledge of health and training. He was eventually hired, earning the reputation and respect of clients and fellow trainers exhibiting characteristics as a vivacious, personable, and a wise individual
