7th Annual Directors Retreat
Why Metro Socks? 🧦
This year, we're excited to give each of our directors a custom pair of Metro socks from John's Crazy Socks, a Long Island-based company with a mission that goes far beyond socks.
Founded by John Cronin, a young entrepreneur with Down syndrome, and his father, Mark, John's Crazy Socks is dedicated to spreading happiness, creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with differing abilities, and giving back to the community.
As part of their commitment to giving back, John's Crazy Socks donates 5% of its earnings to the Special Olympics, an organization close to John's heart as a longtime Special Olympics athlete.
At Metro, we're proud to support a fellow Long Island business that shares our values of empowering people, celebrating individuality, and making a positive impact in our community.
Please fill out the reflection questionnaire Below at the end of the weekend.

Meet Our Keynote Speaker: Sarah Ohanesian
Helping Leaders Work Smarter, Avoid Burnout, and Find Purpose
After spending 15 years climbing the corporate ladder from intern to Chief Marketing Officer, Sarah Ohanesian experienced firsthand the challenges of burnout, stress, and the constant pressure to stay busy.
Recognizing that even the most successful professionals can feel overwhelmed and unfulfilled, Sarah founded SO Productive, a company dedicated to helping individuals and teams rethink productivity, prevent burnout, and find greater purpose in their work.
We're excited to welcome Sarah to this year's Directors Retreat as she shares her insights on creating a healthier, more intentional approach to leadership, productivity, and success.
